Exchange / Return Policy

 

  • As a Dense Trend customer, we offer you an easy exchange-only policy.

  • You can apply for an exchange for your order within 3 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most of the pin codes.

  • A delivery fee of Rs. 300 per item will be deducted at the time of exchange.

  • The customer needs to pay the delivery fees through online payment methods only, we can not collect it through cash on delivery.

  • We only accept size exchanges for our products.

  • Customers can exchange their item for any of our store products. (Subject to availability of stock)

  • If you want to exchange, you can WhatsApp on +91 7048506152 (Office hours : 10 AM to 6 PM) with your Order ID and we will take care of the rest.

  • It is necessary to take 360-degree parcel opening video when the customer gets the parcel, we will not entertain any of the complaints without the 360 degree parcel opening video.

  • Any complaints which are raised, will be resolved within 2 Working days from the date created. (It can take more time in some cases)

  • Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully collected and delivered back to our warehouse.

  • Refunds, if approved in case of damaged item, will be processed in 3-4 business days after the returned item has been delivered back to our warehouse. (Subject to clearance in quality check)

  • If the return pick up is canceled for any reason, the customer will have to courier us the item themselves.

  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

  • Some of the pin codes are not available for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to return the item(s) back to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice.

  • In case of a wrong product delivered the customer must inform via Whatsapp on +91 7048506152 within 24 hours with 360 degree parcel opening video, without opening video, no complaint will be accepted.
