    • Customers can send the item back using their preferred local courier service at their own expense.

  • Pickup Service:

    • Customers can opt for our pickup service, where we arrange a pickup from their address.

    • This service incurs a fee of ₹300, covering the cost of return shipping and processing.

3. Procedure:

To initiate an exchange, customers must:

  • Provide the order number, item details, and reason for exchange.

  • Our customer support team will guide you on the next steps based on your chosen exchange method.

4. Condition of Returned Item:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

5. Processing Time:

  • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.

  • Exchange processing typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.

6. Exchange Restrictions:
